Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB), a subsidiary of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (KPS), is a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. KHSB is the property vehicle of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB).
Established on 24 September 2001, KHSB was an important component in KDEB's Composite Scheme of Reconstruction (the Merger), and was listed on the Main Board on 22 July 2003 with a paid up capital of RM450 million.
The merger created the emergence of a strong property player where KHSB and its subsidiaries have developed a wide range of fully-integrated townships, supported by modern infrastructures, recreation and public amenities that offer condusive environment for living-in and business opportunities. These integrated townships comprise residential, commercial and industrial properties.
